Refund Policy

Better Bargains KE is committed to customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our refund and return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 1 day in Nairobi and 3 days outside Nairobi.
  • The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the delivery person.

2. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any defects, incorrect items, or damage immediately via [email protected].

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

4. Exchanges

For size issues or defects, return the item via the delivery person and request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free when handled by our delivery partner. For other methods, the customer bears the cost unless the item is defective.
